Hey there, I'm Rachel!

I am a certified Baby Sleep Consultant who helps families get more sleep using a holistic and responsive approach. After my experience with postpartum and a "not so fun" attempt at sleep training my daughter, I have developed a passion to help mamas gain their confidence back.

I have a drive to normalize infant sleep, and help make this confusing world as a mother a bit less confusing.

My approach to infant/toddler sleep is gentle, responsive, rooted in attachment and looks at the entire picture. There is so much more to sleep than meets the eye.

Let's make motherhood a place where we can thrive instead of just survive.
